I have seen the movie but never read the book. But, as I read several other books by Stephen king, I can imagine how he must have got into the skin of the reader.<br /><br />I watched the movie almost 10 years ago when I was single and free from all responsibilities. I remember getting excited and scared while watching the scenes when the little boy turned up from cemetery. But, now while reading your blog and I recall the scenes from the movie, the truck accident scene scared the hell out of me. Now, I feel how personal the book and the movie actually is.<br /><br />Infact I read somewhere else (In the preface of some other SK's novel) that Stephen king's son missed a similar accident when he was little.
